On midnight January 1, 2016 over 1,000 Active MLS listings with the expiration date of 12/31/15 will change to an Expired status automatically. 

To keep your listings active into 2016 make sure to change the expiration date on your listing before it expires.  

If the listing does expire then simply use one following options after January 1.

• Option A: If you have a signed extension agreement or listing addendum you can send this to SWMLS and we can make the same listing active again within 24 hours.  Fax to 843-8834 or email support@gaar.com.  
• Option B: Use the "copy listing" feature to copy the old expired listing to a new active one.
