CRS Formatting Issue Affecting Listing Histories

We want to make you aware of an ongoing issue in CRS MLS Tax Suite that is disrupting listing history results.

CRS has recently changed the way UPC codes are formatted which is breaking the connection between UPC codes and listing histories. Because this change has a significant impact on how REALTORS® search and verify listing history, SWMLS is actively working with CRS and Flexmls to explore ways to preserve the original UPC format.

What you should do for now:
Please continue searching for listing histories by property address, which remains the most reliable method until a solution is identified.
