Following our March 2 update, we want to keep you informed on the status of our new statistics platform, Domus Analytics, and the continued delay in launching monthly reports.

At this time, we are still waiting on Flexmls to complete the necessary system mapping required for Domus Analytics to function properly. This step is critical to ensure that all data is aligned correctly and that the statistics produced are accurate, reliable, and consistent with MLS standards. While progress is being made, the mapping issues have not yet been fully resolved, which means the platform is not ready for release.

We understand how important timely market statistics are to your business. In the meantime, the SWMLS staff have been actively compiling the data manually to ensure you still have access to key insights.

What to expect next:

January and February statistics will be released on Friday, March 27, through the Green Sheet and accompanying social media graphics.

We appreciate your patience as we work through this process with our vendor. Taking the time to get this right ensures that when Domus Analytics launches, it delivers the level of accuracy and functionality you expect.
