Tuesday, November 27 is #GivingTuesday, a global day celebrated to kick off the charitable season when many focus on their end-of-year giving.
This year, consider donating to the REALTOR® Fund, an endowment established for REALTORS® to demonstrate their ongoing pledge to honor their responsibilities to the community and to express gratitude for a successful real estate industry. This sustainable trust fund managed by the Albuquerque Community Foundation allows us to disburse over $60,000 each year to local charities.
Established in 2011, the fund reached its goal of $1 million dollars four years early! Our goal is to now increase the endowment to $2 million dollars. The fund supports non-profit charities in Bernalillo, Valencia, Sandoval, Santa Fe, and Torrance Counties.
