A key part of the new experience is Aiden, RealReports’ AI property advisor. Aiden analyzes tens of thousands of property data points and allows you to ask questions about a property and receive answers in seconds.

Instead of digging through multiple sections of a report to find what you need, you can use Aiden to quickly explore information such as property characteristics, permits, zoning, valuations, liens, environmental risks, market information, utilities, neighborhood data, and more.

Aiden can also help analyze property-related documents. Upload documents such as inspection reports, condo documents, or seller disclosures, and Aiden can summarize the content, identify key details, and surface actionable insights.
