Statistics show that the GAAR Grande Open House weekend(s) continues to grow in popularity among REALTORS® and the public alike!

This year's GAAR Grande Open House event spanned two gorgeous Spring weekends, and the public was out in force to get a glimpse of the inventory available. 

In total, 840 open houses were held throughout the two weekends. From the beginning of the first weekend through the Friday following the second weekend a total of 687 homes went under contract!
