Flexmls Updates Make It Easier to Work on the Go

iOS App Improvements: Find What You Need Faster

Flexmls continues to evolve with new tools designed to make everyday tasks faster and easier, especially when you are working away from your desk.

Recent updates from FBS bring several improvements to the Flexmls mobile experience, from navigating listing details to accessing market statistics. For SWMLS subscribers, these changes can mean fewer taps, faster access to information, and more ways to work efficiently while in the field.

Navigate Listing Details Faster

The updated Listing Detail page includes a new menu bar that lets you jump directly to different sections of a listing. Instead of scrolling through the entire page looking for one piece of information, you can quickly move to the section you need.

Looking for one particular field? A new search option lets you tap the magnifying glass and search for a specific field directly from the Listing Detail page.

You can also select Expand All to display all available fields at once, making it easier to scan a listing when you want the full picture.

Share Multiple Documents at Once

Sharing listing documents with clients just got more efficient. Flexmls now allows you to select and share multiple documents at the same time.

That can be particularly useful when a client needs several property documents together, saving you from sending them individually.

A More Consistent Action Bar

Flexmls has also updated its action bar to provide one consistent location for taking the next step from a listing.

Whether you are reviewing a property with a client or working between appointments, having common actions in a predictable location can help streamline the mobile experience.

Market Stats Wherever Business Takes You

One of the most useful additions is easier access to market statistics directly from your current search.

The Stats tab provides statistical data for the listings included in a search, including average, median, low, and high values for key indicators such as:

  • Price
  • Property size
  • Time on market

That gives brokers another quick way to put a group of listings into context without having to leave the search or wait until they are back at their computer.

Brush Up With Quick Flexmls Training

FBS has also released short training resources covering common Flexmls tasks, including searching for fields in the mobile app, emailing and texting listings from desktop, creating subscriptions, and sharing listings with permalinks.

Even if you use Flexmls every day, it is worth checking in on new features periodically. A small workflow improvement multiplied across dozens of searches, listings, and client conversations can add up to quite a bit of saved time.
