GAAR is working with Realtor.com and Kaplan Real Estate Education to beta test a Real Estate Accelerator Program geared toward new brokers. The training is valued at $499 but is FREE to those who participate in the beta test. The beta test is limited to 30 participants is NOW SOLD OUT.
Most licensing curriculums focus on laws and what is needed to pass the licensing exam; however, this leaves little room to cover the business building and skills training needed to be successful. Real Estate Accelerator will bridge the gap between earning a license and developing a robust book of business.
Students will leave with an actionable business plan and marketing plan they can implement. Clear goals will be identified, and each student will be accountable for the business-building activities that will assure their success in the real estate business.
This concentrated, hands-on program is written by top-producing real estate agents and coaches from across the country who know what it takes to be successful. It is an assessment-based program that leans on Kaplan’s core learning science methodology: Prepare • Practice • PerformTM.
The 8-hour intensive boot camp includes 8 weeks of coaching designed to teach the specific activities a broker needs to perform on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to operate a successful real estate business. Training is self-paced so you can work it into your schedule.
