GAAR proudly announces the promotion of Nathan Brooks to Chief Operations Officer and Nick Fowler to Chief Financial Officer.

Nathan Brooks has been a part of the GAAR family since April 2010 when he was hired as MLS phone support. Over the years, Nate has risen through the ranks to Professional Development and Facilities Manager, and now Chief Operations Officer. "For most of my adult life, I have searched for and wanted to be a part of something bigger. Well, today I’m blessed with just that. I’m fortunate enough to serve our REALTOR®️ & Affiliate members and have cultivated relationships that I’ll treasure for the rest of my days. I’m excited to see what the future holds," said Nate.

Nate recently earned his REALTOR®️ Association Certified Executive (RCE) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designations. He holds Associate Degrees in Business and Business Administration from Central New Mexico Community College and served as a firefighter in the Air Force. 

Beginning as a GAAR Membership Coordinator in March 2012, Nick Fowler has also held the titles of Executive Administrator, MLS Manager and Finance/Human Resources Manager. Each role has provided him unique insight into the internal operations of the Association, as well as afforded the opportunity to become more integrated with industry peers and partners throughout the country. As Chief Financial Officer, Nick continues to preserve the financial operations of GAAR and SWMLS, as well as manage human resources.

Nick is an Albuquerque native and graduate of the Robert O. Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico, where he earned a dual concentration Bachelor’s degree in Operations and Marketing Management.
