The GAAR Grande Open House Weekend is coming soon!

This year, the GAAR Grande Open House Weekend will be held on Saturday, April 16th and Sunday, April 17th.

To participate, all you need to do is make sure your Open House information is entered into Flexmls by Tuesday April 12th. Your open house listing will then be printed in a special section of the Albuquerque Journal that will be distributed to GAAR and Brokers and will be featured on the new state-wide consumer website NewMexicoHomeSearch.com. 

Throughout the week of April 11 through April 16, you can stop by the GAAR REALTOR® Building to pick up your signs, marketing material and balloons (deflated unless you pick them up on Saturday Morning).

To get even more potential buyers through your door, we will be broadcasting a live remote with the PEAK and the EDGE from the GAAR parking lot and will hold the GAAR Homeownership Expo with our Affiliates in the lobby and main classroom.

So start lining up those open houses and getting them prepped for their big weekend!
