Tracy Denton is a realtor by day and an advocate for her son around the clock. In 2021, the Austin Denton Foundation was established with a mission to raise funds and awareness for organizations that serve, support, and create opportunities for individuals.
It’s through her work as president of the foundation that Tracy is being honored with the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors’ “Good Neighbor Award.”
Speaking on New Mexico Living, Tracy Denton reflected on her journey of turning personal grief into a community mission, speaking about how the Austin Denton Foundation honors her son’s legacy by uplifting others. She emphasized the foundation’s core goals: supporting student scholarships (especially in journalism and broadcasting), aiding adaptive sports and medical causes, and networking with local nonprofit-driven initiatives.
She also touched on her work as a leader—how she and her volunteer board manage resources wisely, ensure donations are impactful, and stay rooted in authenticity—not publicity. Finally, Tracy encouraged viewers to engage: to donate, volunteer, and help spread the word so even more young people can be empowered by this foundation’s reach.
