In real estate, Qualifying Brokers are the ones laying the groundwork. They nurture their teams, guide growth, and create the conditions for long-term success, even when the market shifts.
That is why the GAP Committee is proud to kick off the 2026 QB Summit centered on our annual theme, Grow Your Future. This year’s summit is designed to help you strengthen your foundation, cultivate leadership skills, and prepare your business to thrive in the seasons ahead. Think steady growth over quick fixes.

Bring Laundry Supplies for February Laundry Love
At this year's QB Summit and all throughout February, the YPN Committee is collecting brand name laundry supplies for the annual Laundry Love drive in partnership with United Way of North Central New Mexico. This fundraiser provides detergent, softener, laundry baskets and more to low-income and homeless families in need, allowing them to maintain their dignity by wearing clean clothes.
You can support this cause by purchasing any of the items below and bringing them with you on the day of the QB Summit!
NO Powder or Pods. Please purchase unscented name brands as they are not as hard on washing machines.
