Help Shape Albuquerque’s Future: Take the 2026 Community Priorities Survey

What should Albuquerque prioritize in the years ahead? Community members have an opportunity to weigh in.

The City of Albuquerque administration is asking residents to share their perspectives through the 2026 Community Priorities Survey. The survey is designed to identify the issues, needs, and community conditions that Albuquerque residents believe should receive greater attention.

For REALTORS® and others connected to housing and real estate, this is an opportunity to add your voice to conversations that can influence Albuquerque’s future. Housing, economic development, infrastructure, public safety, transportation, quality of life, and other community priorities can all affect the neighborhoods where we live and work.
