Need assistance with a GAAR or SWMLS product or service? Use this helpful guide to help connect you with our support team to give you the help you need and get you back to business. 

GAAR Building Services
  • GAAR Office will be open to walk-in traffic (ring the doorbell at the East entrance)
  • Masks, social distancing, sanitizing, and contact tracing sign-in procedures will continue
  • Limited occupancy will be allowed in the Internet Cafe (please bring your own laptop)
  • No in-person meetings will be held in the office
  • Lockbox pick-up is available by appointment only
  • Limited staff will be in the building

  • Call first & make an appointment: 842-1433, option 2
  • Lockboxes will be ready for pick-up in the foyer
