
One of the many benefits of being a GAAR member is access to our Event Center and Conference Rooms — perfect for meetings, trainings, and gatherings of all kinds.
To continue offering these spaces at no cost to you, we kindly ask all members to follow a few simple post-event guidelines.
Post-Event Cleanup: A Courtesy to All
After your meeting or event, please take a few moments to tidy up and ensure the space is ready for the next group.
Here’s how you can help:
- Trash: Dispose of all garbage in the provided trash cans.
- Food & Beverages: Remove any leftover food or drinks. Can’t take them with you? Just ask a GAAR staff member for help.
- Surfaces: Wipe down all tables and countertops. Cleaning supplies will be located on the counters — if you don’t see them, let us know!
- Personal Items: Please take all belongings with you. Items cannot be stored in the room unless your event spans multiple consecutive days.
We appreciate your cooperation and your commitment to keeping GAAR’s Event Center a clean, professional space for all members to enjoy.
