Noel C. Davis
Noel is a Team Manager for the Albuquerque Boards and Commissions office, Executive Secretary to the New Mexico Real Estate Commission, and the Executive Director for the New Mexico Public Accountancy Board. Her passion for customer service brought her to state government where she started with the Motor Vehicle Department’s Dealer Licensing Bureau before her current position. An Albuquerque native, she earned her bachelor's from the University of Northern Colorado. Noel and her husband have two college-aged daughters and four dogs, and in her spare time, she volunteers with several animal rescue groups.

Linda DeVlieg Killman
A seasoned REALTOR®, former SWMLS Director, and New Mexico Real Estate Commission President, Linda brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her roles in both the real estate industry and regulatory oversight. Originally drawn to the position by an unexpected call from the Governor, Linda seized the opportunity to utilize her extensive experience as a REALTOR®, offering insights and perspectives that enrich the Commission's deliberations and decisions.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Linda leads a fulfilling life with her newly wed husband Max, after an impressive 28 years of courtship. As a couple, they enjoy the serene wildlife surrounding their home with Linda finding solace in her favorite pastimes of cooking and home projects, reminiscent of Martha Stewart. Despite her busy schedule, she finds time to indulge her lifelong passion for horses. Linda's adventurous spirit extends to her past accomplishments in running marathons, including the NYC Marathon, where she was the "first female finisher from New Mexico," a feat recognized on the USA Today sports page.
