We would like to provide an update regarding our January monthly statistics and explain why they have not yet been posted by SWMLS/GAAR.

During the integration of our new statistics product, Domus Analytics, into Flex, we encountered an unexpected issue. We are currently waiting for Flex to complete the necessary system mapping to ensure theplatform functions properly and that all data is reported accurately. This additional step is essential to ensurethe integrity and reliability of the statistics before launch. Our original goal was to have the new platform ready at the beginning of February. However, due to this technical issue, implementation has been delayed while our vendor completes the required updates. We are actively working with them to resolve the matter as quickly as possible and will provide an update once a confirmed timeline is available.

In the meantime, you can continue to generate statistics directly within Flexmls using the Market Summary feature by following the steps below:

1. IN FLEXMLS: Click on Menu.
2. Under the Statistics submenu, select Market Summary.
   
3. In the Market Summary window, click Customize, then choose New Location.
4. Set your parameters by selecting
   • Date range
   • Property type
   • Geographic area (drill down as needed)

Once your parameters are set, click Search to generate your Market Summary for the selected timeframe.
