For the 2026 Parade, the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico is excited to present several homes from some amazing home builders!

Supporting opportunities that help residents find homes and encourage new development aligns with our commitment to strengthening housing availability and meeting the needs of our growing area.

The History of the Parade

The Parade of Homes serves to provide New Mexico with a renewed celebration of the great features and exciting new home projects that are available in the Albuquerque area. 

Since 1991, the event has given builders and the Albuquerque public the chance to interact while viewing spectacular new homes. Unlike some home shows, the Parade of Homes is self-guided and gives participants the chance to choose which houses to visit, which range in location from the Metro area, Rio Rancho, Placitas, and the East Mountains.

Albuquerque builders have the chance to enter the Parade of Homes as members of the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico. Within the Parade, there is a mix of custom builders and production builders.
