The New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority has announced which projects across the state will receive tax credit awards for 2015.

Seven cities, pueblos and other communities were awarded the low-income housing tax credits, a federal incentive for developers to create housing for families with low-to-moderate incomes. The credits have spurred many projects across the state and are the deepest subsidy available for affordable housing construction and rehabilitation.
