UPDATE: Single Sign-On Restored

UPDATE (March 1, 2017 at 10:20 am): Single Sign-On functionality has been restored. Users can log in to gaar.com as usual.

If you have any trouble logging in, please try to clear your browser's cache/cookies, close your browser, re-open it and try again.

If after this you are still unable to login, please call our main number at 505-842-1433 ext. 4 for further assistance.


Please note that the ablity to login through Single Sign-On (SSO) is temporarily unavailable.

This feature will be restored tomorrow, March 1st. While the feature is unavailable, members can still access Flexmls and other third-party tools.

  1. Click the login button on the upper-right of the screen
  2. Login with your gaar.com/Flexmls credentials
  3. If you need to access a third-party tool like Instanet, you can click the Products tab on the main navigation, and then click on the tool of your choice.
