The Grande Open House Weekend is now a statewide event when twice a year, members can showcase their best properties. Access the New Mexico Home Search Toolkit to promote your real estate business and your listings during the largest open house event in the state.
How to Participate
Participating in the Grande Open House Event is FREE for NM REALTORS®! Enter your open house in Flexmls by Friday, April 8th so it will populate on the New Mexico Home Search website. Download this PDF for more information.
Grande Open House Weekend: Saturday, April 9th - Sunday, April 10th
How to participate in the Grande Open House Weekend:
Step 1: Enter your open house details into Flexmls by Friday, April 8th.
Step 2: Claim your profile by clicking “Agent Login” at the top right of the screen.
Step 3: Utilize the Grande Open House Weekend Toolkit to promote the event on your social media.
Step 4: Pick up Open House Signs, Balloons & Materials at GAAR. Feel free to reuse your Open House signs from the Fall.
Step 5: Provide your buyers with the most up-to-date Open House list or direct them to NewMexicoHomeSearch.com.
Step 6: Open House Weekend begins Saturday, April 9th, and runs through Sunday, April 10th.
*Open Houses should be submitted by close of business on Friday, April 8th to ensure listings will populate on NewMexicoHomeSearch.com.
Instructions for Social Media Use
- Select the post you want to use
- Download the Photo or Video to save it to your computer or mobile phone. We recommend you save it to your photo/video folder or app.
- Take a look at the recommended channel where this content is best to be posted
- Open Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter and create a post by uploading the photo or video (this should only take a minute or so)
- Add the caption we have provided, or feel free to write your own
- Include #GrandeOpenHouse in your post (especially on Instagram and Twitter)
- Tag your post @gaar and choose the correct account that appears
- Post the photo or video! It shouldn’t take more than a minute or so until it’s fully uploaded and ready to view
- Enjoy all those likes and views!
