Last weekend, GAAR held it's annual Spring Grande Open House event. There were 529 residential open houses listed in Flexmls. Since Saturday, 54 of those homes went into pending! This was a great start for the first open house weekend of the year.

Through GAAR's marketing efforts, more than 4,900 visitors viewed Open House information on NewMexicoHomeSearch.com. The Grande Open House Weekend was promoted in print ads in Homestyle, New Mexico Magazine and Su Casa Magazine. Messages were seen on three digital boards located on freeways. Weather and traffic sponsorships were heard on nine radio stations and multiple ads were placed on social media.
