Southwest MLS has earned recognition as a BEST MLS for 2026 by WAV Group, demonstrating excellence in service delivery and adherence to industry benchmarks for MLS performance. WAV Group's Customer Experience Index (CXI) serves as the leading standard for measuring MLS success, enabling organizations to benchmark against their peers and gain actionable insights to enhance member satisfaction.
The WAV Group Customer Experience Index evaluates MLS organizations using seven standardized Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Overall Satisfaction, Customer Service, Training, Technology, Data Quality, Responsiveness, and Business Generation.

BEST MLS Methodology
The BEST MLS badges are awarded based on local subscriber satisfaction ratings collected from CXI participants. Agents and brokers rate their MLS on a scale of 1 to 10 for each KPI. Average scores in each market are then aggregated to determine the program's national benchmarks. MLSs with an average KPI score at or above the national average earn the BEST MLS badge for that category.
