We are receiving an uptick in the number of land scam complaints and want to remind you to do your due diligence. 

Keep in mind, a buyer or seller who is a victim of a real estate scam could file an ethics complaint (or complaint at the NMREC or file a civil lawsuit) against any of the brokers or brokerages involved in that fraudulent transaction.
