Southwest MLS has identified a programming issue in Flexmls that affects listings when “Yes” is selected for the Basement field on the Main Fields page.

When “Yes” is selected, the system automatically generates additional required fields on the Details page. At this time, those fields must all be completed—even when certain items do not apply—resulting in conflicting or inaccurate information.

Flexmls is aware of the issue, and a correction is in progress. In the meantime, please follow the steps below when entering a listing that includes a basement.

Temporary Entry Instructions

If the property has a basement:

1. On the Main Fields page, select “Yes” for Basement.
2. On the Details page, complete all required basement-related fields, even if certain options do not apply.
   
3. Submit the listing.
4. After submitting, send an email to support@swmls.com requesting a correction.
5. Include the MLS number and the word “Basement” in the subject line of your email.
6. In the body of the email, provide the accurate basement information so our team can update the listing accordingly.

Our team will make the necessary corrections to ensure the listing reflects accurate information. We appreciate your patience as this issue is being resolved.
