Transaction Desk Access Issues for Superusers

SWMLS is aware of an issue affecting superusers who access Transaction Desk on behalf of another broker.

Here’s what’s happening:

If a broker clicks “Get Started” to try Lone Wolf’s new Transact platform and creates an account, their existing Transaction Desk account becomes linked to Transact. After that, a Transaction Coordinator trying to utilize Transaction Desk may lose access and prompted to verify their identity.

To fix this:
  1. The broker must log back into Transact.
  2. Switch their account back to Transaction Desk
  3. The Transaction Coordinator should clear browser cache and cookies if access issues continue

If the broker is using both systems, they’ll need to switch between Transaction Desk and Transact as needed. There’s currently no way to transfer transactions between the two.

Lone Wolf is aware of the issue but has not yet provided a workaround.
