TransactionDesk Access Issue

We have received several support calls regarding TransactionDesk login and access issues.

Because TransactionDesk is a New Mexico Association of REALTORS® (NMAR) member benefit, we have reached out to NMAR for additional information and guidance. We have also contacted TransactionDesk directly, and they have confirmed that the issue has been escalated as a top priority.

At this time, the issue appears to be intermittent and is not affecting all users.

We are aware that some users have reported success after resetting their password. However, this has not been confirmed by TransactionDesk as an official solution, so results may vary.

If you are experiencing this issue, please know that we are actively monitoring the situation and will share an update as soon as TransactionDesk confirms that the problem has been resolved.
