When SWMLS users are utilizing Instanet's TransactionDesk via single sign-on through Flexmls, they are immediately logged into the old version of the system, with the option to try the new TransactionDesk. Users are able to swich between the old and new systems as they choose.
On November 23, 2016, when logging into TransactionDesk from Flexmls, users will automatically be logged into the new version, where there will be a 'splash screen' with information on the new system, links to trainings and webinars, etc. Users will still be able to switch back to the old system while getting acclimated to the new version.
The REALTORS® Association of New Mexico (RANM) has announced that, effective January 1, 2017, the old version of TransactionDesk will be phased out. Therefore, users should begin using the new system as soon as possible.
Moving to the new version of TransactionDesk is simple, as there is no loss of data, documents or forms. Simply click "Click Here to Try the New TransactionDesk" from the landing screen and the user is immediately directed to the new version.
