Residential Property Management - Brokerage Operations (via ZOOM)

This class is designed for the QB/AB or owner employee acting as manager of staff who manage and lease residential units. It covers operations management of marketing, leasing, and management of residential units. We will discuss
a supervision plan for the brokerage including reporting, staff training, supervision and components of a policy / procedure manual for the brokerage as well as how to handle an emergency at your property.
Learning Objectives
1. Attendee will learn their responsibilities and duties from the New Mexico Real Estate Commission (NMREC).
2. They will also learn key components in rental standards, applications agreements and management agreements.
3. Attendee will understand marketing and advertising as well as staff training so as to work with in the law.
4. Attendee will learn key components on policy and procedure guides for brokerage / properties that assist in working with in the NMREC rules and Uniform Owner Resident Relations act (UORRA).
5. Attendee will learn what to do in case there is a property emergency.
