  • Median Sales Price increased 1.1% to $369,995 for Single-Family Detached homes.
  • Average Sales Price increased 1.7% to $428,402 for Single-Family Detached homes.
  • Days on Market increased 17.5% to 47 days for Single-Family Detached homes.
