REALTOR® Association Names 2026 Officers and Directors
Albuquerque, NM (January 6, 2026) – The incoming Board of Directors for the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS® commences their terms of service for the membership in 2026.
At its Annual Membership Meeting on December 3rd, Chris Venegas, Keller Williams Realty, was installed as the 2026 President of the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS® (GAAR). Venegas will serve with President-elect Helen Chan, ERA Summit; Vice President Amy Neal, ERA Summit; Treasurer Eanika Nunez, Simply Real Estate; and Past GAAR President, Christopher Shain Tanner, Keller Williams Realty.
The remaining GAAR Directors installed include Jesse Baca, Keller Williams Realty; Morgan Cannaday, Ida Kelly Realtors; Rick DeVoss, Red Fox Realty; Jessica Garcia, ERA Summit; Monica Martinez-McNeill, ERA Summit; Keith Powell, Realty One Group Concierge; Jaclyn Staton, Keller Williams Realty; Brian Steudle, Coldwell Banker Legacy; Samantha Ybanez, The Hive Real Estate Collective.
The Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS® inspires and elevates professionalism and the success of those served by focusing on Advocacy, Community, Collaboration, and Education.
In conjunction, installation ceremonies were also held for the 2026 Southwest Multiple Listing Service Board of Directors, a wholly owned subsidiary of GAAR. Teri Hatcher, The Hive Real Estate Collective, will serve as President, along with President-elect Belinda Franco, The Hive Real Estate Collective; Treasurer Anne Vallejos, Keller Williams Realty; GAAR President Chris Venegas, Keller Williams Realty; and Immediate Past SWMLS President Cathy Colvin, Vista Encantada Realtors.
