Help Choose the 2027 Affiliate First Wednesday Topics

What topics would you like to hear about at First Wednesday next year?

Each year, the GAAR Affiliate Committee plans four First Wednesday Member Forums, bringing REALTOR® members together with industry professionals to explore topics that can support their businesses and provide valuable insight into the real estate transaction.

Now, the Affiliate Committee is asking REALTOR® members to help choose the topics for its four 2027 programs.

The 2027 First Wednesday Topic Poll gives REALTOR® members an opportunity to weigh in on the subjects they would most like to see featured.

Topics under consideration include:

  • Ask an Underwriter: Lending & Title
  • Surveys & Boundaries
  • Goal Setting
  • Tax Accountant / Financial Advisor
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Solar
  • Other: Submit your own topic idea

Select the topics that would be most useful to you, or submit an idea of your own. Member feedback will help the Affiliate Committee identify the subjects that generate the most interest and build four programs around the needs of GAAR members.

First Wednesday programming throughout the year is developed by several GAAR committees, including Affiliates, LEAP and ABCD. This poll specifically helps determine the four First Wednesdays hosted by the Affiliate Committee in 2027.
