In March, there are two scheduled maintenance windows to be aware of.

We have received notice of an important security update for the database server that supports the Member Portal.

The update is scheduled to be installed on Wednesday, March 11th, overnight, between 11:00 PM and 3:00 AM MT.

During this maintenance window, the Member Portal may be temporarily unavailable.

In addition, the Member Portal undergoes monthly maintenance, which may affect your access. Our vendor has reviewed member usage and has selected the following dates/times to impact the fewest members. 

Each maintenance window is scheduled for 4 hours (1:00 AM ET – 5:00 AM ET).

All normal operations will resume once the maintenance is complete.
