Membership invoices for 2027 are available in your Member Portal.
Pay by December 31, 2026, to avoid late fees.

• Your Local Association (GAAR) and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) dues remain unchanged in 2027. 
• Your State Association (NMAR) REALTOR® dues increased by $9.75, which reflects a 3% annual increase as approved by the NMAR Board of Directors on October 1, 2024.

  Breakdown of your 2027 REALTOR® Association Dues

Advocacy Support (Voluntary Contributions)

Your annual dues statement includes an optional advocacy contribution that help strengthen REALTOR® representation at every level of government:

• $50 to RPAC (REALTORS® Political Action Committee): Supports RPAC-NM and NAR advocacy efforts to protect private property rights, homeownership, and the real estate industry.

These contributions are voluntary and can be adjusted or removed when paying your invoice in your member portal. If you choose not to contribute, simply uncheck the box for RPAC  during payment. While the item will still appear on your account for record-keeping purposes, it will be automatically written off after the billing period closes.

You can check your balance and make a payment by logging into the GAAR Member Portal at gaar.com or accessing Flexmls by going to the Products Menu and selecting My GAAR Portal.

Late Fees

Late Fees: $50 assessed by GAAR on invoices not paid by January 11th, and $52 assessed by NMAR on all members not paid by January 31st. (Not Prorated)

January 12th – GAAR late fees are added to unpaid invoices.

February 2nd – NMAR DUES will be considered DELINQUENT, and a $52 late fee will be assessed to the member’s account.

February 16th – NMAR DUES will be considered PAST DUE, and membership will become INACTIVE, and a $129 Reinstatement fee will be assessed to the member’s account, in addition to the $52 late fee above.
