If you do a lot of your business on an Android or iPhone you should try out some of these exciting apps that are free to you as a member of GAAR and SWMLS. Many of these apps cannot be used by the public and give you access to off market MLS listings, Public Record data, news and more, giving you the power to remain an expert on real estate in the fast moving world of mobile. The current staff favorites are the FLEX and RPR apps.
App 1: Flexmls mobile app for Android and iPhone
Why use it? The Flexmls® App provides a fast, easy way for MLS members to search listings and manage contacts from the Flexmls System.

App 2 Realtor Property Resource® App
Why use it? RPR Mobile™, the new free mobile app exclusively for REALTORS®, combines the power of your phone with the strength of RPR. Easily search properties, create and send branded reports, and view local market statistics, anytime, anyplace.
App 3 Realtor.com Collaborative Search
Why use it? Collaborative Search allows you to easily suggest one or more listings to one or more clients. Your clients can also request showings from you for the properties they want to see. And you can both have instant messaging conversations right in the app on each listing. You will need to download the Agent App and the client will need to download the realtor.com public app in order to enable Collaborative Search.

App 5 SUPRA ekey
Why Use it: The eKEY app allows Android and iPhone users to access a Supra iBox placed at
SWMLS real estate listings. The eKey is an alternative to the traditional ActiveKey, the leased key that is provided for a majority of SWMLS REALTORS. Having the SUPRA eKey allows quicker access to view listings, assigning lockboxes, and reviewing showing activity reports. eKey users also have the ability to program their own lockboxes without bringing them to GAAR each time.
The app can only be used if you have a valid SUPRA ekey lease. GAAR support staff will assist you with the installation of this app on your phone when you are at our office.
