Ensuring GAAR REALTOR® members have the tools and services they need to excel while continuing to responsibly manage the Association’s assets and resources on behalf of the membership, remains the top priority of GAAR leadership and staff.

Membership invoices for 2026 are available in your Member Portal.
Pay by December 31, 2025 to avoid late fees.

Your Local Association (GAAR) and National Association of REALTORS dues remain unchanged in 2026. Your State Association (NMAR) REALTOR® dues increased by $9.75, as approved by the NMAR Board of Directors.

Advocacy Support (Voluntary Contributions)

Your annual dues statement includes two optional advocacy contributions that help strengthen REALTOR® representation at every level of government:

  • $50 to RPAC (REALTORS® Political Action Committee): Supports state and federal advocacy to protect private property rights, homeownership, and the real estate industry.
  • $25 to RECPAC (Real Estate Community Political Action Committee): Supports local advocacy on housing, development, and business issues that impact REALTORS® and the Albuquerque area.

These contributions are voluntary and can be adjusted or removed when paying your invoice in your member portal. If you choose not to contribute, simply uncheck the boxes for RPAC and/or RECPAC during payment. While the items will still appear on your account for record-keeping purposes, they will be automatically written off after the billing period closes.

You can check your balance and make a payment by logging into the GAAR Member Portal at gaar.com or accessing Flexmls by going to the Products Menu and selecting My GAAR Portal.
