This September, members will begin seeing the next generation of Supra technology as part of the annual True-Up process.

Along with new Invoy™ electronic lockboxes, members will also transition to the Supra One platform, bringing access, showing management, and scheduling tools together in one modern system.

The new platform is designed to make everyday tasks faster, more secure, and easier to manage. While the way you access listings will remain familiar, the technology behind it has been completely reimagined to improve the experience for both listing and showing brokers.

The New Lockbox

Faster Bluetooth Connections

The new Invoy lockbox features quick-connect Bluetooth technology that pairs your digital key with the lockbox in seconds. Less waiting at the front door means a smoother experience for you and your clients.

Find My Lockbox

Ever spent extra time searching for the correct lockbox at a condominium or multi-unit property? The new Find My Lockbox feature helps locate the correct box through the Supra app, making it much easier to find the right listing in larger complexes.

Enhanced Security

Security continues to be a priority with the new generation of lockboxes. Invoy features 256-bit AES encryption and an attack-resistant design to provide an even higher level of protection for property access.

More Flexible Installation

The new lockboxes will be available with both straight and curved shackles, allowing for a better fit on a variety of door handles and hardware.

Introducing the Supra One Platform

The new lockboxes are only part of the upgrade.

Supra One combines lockbox access, showing management, scheduling, and reporting into a single platform. Instead of working across multiple tools, brokers will have one streamlined system designed to simplify daily workflows. Features include customizable showing instructions, appointment scheduling, feedback collection, and improved management tools for listings.

The Supra One platform offers a modern and intuitive interface across its desktop and mobile apps, simplifying tasks and reducing administrative burdens.
