Costumes, competition and a good cause come together Saturday, October 17th at Silva Lanes.
It’s almost time to lace up those bowling shoes, assemble your team and prepare for a hauntingly good night at the 14th Annual GAAR Charity Bowl-A-Thon!
On Saturday, October 17th, GAAR members, Affiliates, friends and family will take over Silva Lanes for one of our favorite fall traditions. Whether you’re chasing a trophy or simply trying to keep your ball out of the gutter, the Bowl-A-Thon is a chance to connect with the GAAR community while supporting a great cause.
Bowling With a Little Halloween Spirit
This isn’t your average night at the lanes. Costumes are encouraged, and bowlers can get creative for a chance to take home prizes for the best individual and team costumes.
Throughout the evening, teams can also:
- Compete for the highest and lowest score trophies
- Purchase door prize tickets for a chance to win prizes
- Enjoy discounted libations
- Show off their bowling skills, or their spectacular lack thereof
Teams can include up to six bowlers, so round up your brokerage, coworkers, friends or family and start planning those costumes.
Roll for the REALTOR® Fund
The fun also supports something bigger. Proceeds from the Bowl-A-Thon benefit the REALTOR® Fund of the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS®.
The REALTOR® Fund supports GAAR’s efforts to give back to the local community, helping extend the impact of our REALTOR® and Affiliate members beyond the real estate industry.
Last year’s Bowl-A-Thon raised $12,500 for the REALTOR® Fund, proving that a few strikes, plenty of costumes and a packed bowling alley can add up to meaningful community support.
