SWMLS has made a change to an existing field in the Flexmls System.

On Residential listings, when ‘YES’ is selected for RENTED, the Current Rent/Month field will now be required.

This change will apply to any existing listing for which ‘RENTED’ = ‘YES,’ as well as any future listings for which ‘YES’ is selected for ‘RENTED.’  Therefore, if a listing is currently in ‘RENTED’ = ‘YES,’ the next time the listing is accessed to make a change or update the system will prompt the user to enter an amount for Current Rent/Month.

This required field will only accept numerical values, which may include ‘0.’

When ‘RENTED’ = ‘NO’ the Current Rent/Month field will not be required.
