The 2021 New Mexico Home Search Open House Weekend is Saturday, April 10th & Sunday, April 11th.  Your open house information should be entered into Flexmls by Friday, April 9th in order to populate on the NewMexicoHomeSearch.com website.

It's Easy to Participate

1. To participate just enter your open house(s) information in Flexmls. 

2. The Grande  Open House will be a hybrid of virtual and in-person open homes. 

3. There is no cap on the number of open houses for the weekend.  

4. If you kept last year's signs, please reuse them!  NMHS Open House Signs will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

5. Pick up signs, balloons, and additional marketing material at the GAAR REALTOR® Building thru Friday, April 9th, 5 pm.

6. Promote the Open House Weekend using the Toolkit. 

7.  The GAAR Grande Open House Weekend will be promoted in the following places:

• Clear Channel Digital Boards (I-25 & 1-40)
• KRQE NM Living (segment airs Friday, April 9th)
• NewMexicoHomeSearch.com
• Google Websites
• Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
