2027 Board Election Results Announced

The results of the 2027 GAAR Board of Directors election are in! Thank you to everyone who participated in the voting process and helped shape the future leadership of the Association.

As part of the 2027 leadership transition, outgoing Director Jaclyn Staton will step into the Treasurer position, while current Treasurer Eanika Nunez moves into the Vice President role.

GAAR closed the third quarter of 2026 with 4,219 active members, reflecting the continued strength of our REALTOR® community.

GAAR is also seeking additional members interested in serving on the New Mexico Association of REALTORS® (NMAR) Board of Directors as GAAR representatives. This is an opportunity to help shape statewide priorities and represent the interests of our local membership.

GAAR & SWMLS Boards Come Together

October marked a special occasion as the GAAR and SWMLS Boards of Directors held a joint meeting, providing an opportunity for both leadership teams to connect, collaborate, and discuss shared priorities that benefit members and subscribers.

The meeting also marked an important milestone for Kendra Murray, who officially joined GAAR and SWMLS as CEO earlier this month. This was her first Board meeting in her new role, and both organizations look forward to working with her as they prepare for 2027.
