Have questions about what came out of the 2026 New Mexico Association of REALTORS® (NMAR) Annual Conference? GAAR is bringing the conversation home.

GAAR members are invited to a Town Hall designed to provide updates, answer questions, and connect members directly with leaders who are actively involved at the state level.

The NMAR Annual Conference, held in August in Las Cruces, included important association business, leadership elections, awards, and discussions that will help shape the year ahead. This Town Hall allows members to learn more about those updates and, most importantly, ask questions.

Sherry Fowler | 2027 NMAR First Vice-President Elect

Sherry Fowler, who in 2026 was NMAR's Central District Vice President, will welcome members and provide highlights from the NMAR Board of Directors, including updates on statewide leadership and priorities.

Joshua Price | 2027 NMAR President-Elect

Joshua Price will share his perspective as 2027 NMAR President-Elect, including what he is looking forward to in the year ahead and how NMAR leadership can continue supporting REALTORS® and associations across New Mexico.

Christopher Shain Tanner | 2027 NMAR Central District Vice-President-Elect

Shain Tanner, who was elected NMAR Central District Vice President, will cover highlights from the NMAR Annual Membership Meeting, including key actions and governance updates.

Chris Venegas | 2026 GAAR President & NMAR Director

GAAR President Chris Venegas will highlight the REALTORS® and association professionals recognized during the conference and connect their accomplishments to GAAR's Strategic Plan and its focus on Value, Community, Resource, Growth, and Leadership.
