EDGE

  1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner and go to Settings
  2. Select Privacy, search, and services > Choose what to clear
  3. Set the time range to All time
  4. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
  5. Click Clear now, then restart your computer

On a Mac

SAFARI

  1. Open Safari > Settings (or Preferences) > Advanced
  2. Check Show features for web developers (if not already visible)
  3. Go to the Develop menu > Empty Caches
  4. Then go to Safari > Clear History, and choose all history
  5. Restart your computer
