REALTOR® Day at the Roundhouse on January 30 in Santa Fe is about showing up where decisions are made and making sure the real estate perspective is part of the room. Even without direct, face-to-face meetings, having a visible presence at the state capitol matters. It signals to lawmakers that housing issues are not abstract policy points but real concerns affecting families, neighborhoods, and local economies across New Mexico. By being present during the legislative session, REALTORS® reinforce the importance of private property rights, responsible housing policy, and practical solutions, reminding decision-makers that the people closest to the market are paying attention and engaged.

This event is occurring during the NMAR Legislative Conference. Even if you can’t participate in all of the Legislative Conference, join NMAR on Friday to add your voice and make an impact at the Capitol building!
