Getting answers about GAAR and Southwest MLS is about to get a whole lot faster.
GAAR and Southwest MLS are partnering with Voiceflip to launch Dash, a new AI-powered virtual assistant built specifically to support REALTORS® and SWMLS subscribers throughout Central New Mexico.
Available 24/7 through online chat and by voice over the phone, Dash will give members another way to quickly find trusted information about the tools, services, and resources they use every day.
Answers When You Need Them
Dash is being trained on the knowledge bases of both GAAR and Southwest MLS, allowing members to ask questions about topics including:
- MLS access and listing input
- SWMLS rules, policies, and compliance
- Product and system training
- GAAR member resources and services
- MLS tools and technology
- Association programs and benefits
Rather than searching through webpages, documents, or past emails, members can simply ask Dash a question and receive an immediate response.
"At GAAR and Southwest MLS, we're always looking for innovative ways to better serve our members," said Chris Venegas, 2026 GAAR Board President. "Dash provides immediate access to reliable information around the clock, allowing our members to get answers faster while enabling our staff to spend more time delivering personalized support, education, and strategic services. It's another step forward in our commitment to innovation and member success."
Dash is designed to complement, not replace, the support members already receive from GAAR and SWMLS staff. By helping answer common questions around the clock, the technology can free staff to devote more time to questions and services that benefit from personal assistance.
Built From Member Feedback
The addition of an AI-powered support tool is not happening in a vacuum. It directly reflects feedback gathered from members and subscribers and supports priorities identified in both organizations' strategic plans.
"The incorporation of Dash is in direct response to feedback from our members and subscribers through last year's surveys and is now part of both the GAAR and SWMLS strategic plans," said Teri Hatcher, 2026 SWMLS Board President. "This is a strong example of how we are listening to our members and, as a result, implementing the high-tech solutions REALTORS® need."
An AI Assistant With New Mexico Personality
Dash isn't your run-of-the-mill chatbot.
GAAR and Southwest MLS worked closely with Voiceflip to develop an assistant that reflects the organizations and the community they serve. Inspired by New Mexico's iconic Roadrunner, Dash was created to be fast, approachable, and unmistakably local.
"One of the things that impressed us most about Voiceflip was that they didn't simply deliver a technology platform, they partnered with us to create something that truly represents our organization and our members," said Jeannette Davidson, Director of Southwest MLS. "Dash isn't just an AI assistant; it's a character built specifically for New Mexico."
That local personality is paired with a customized knowledge base specific to GAAR and SWMLS. Instead of relying on generic real estate information, Dash is designed to provide answers based on the organizations' own resources, policies, products, and services.
Coming Soon
Dash represents another step in GAAR and Southwest MLS's continued investment in technology that makes it easier for members to access information and get the most from their membership and MLS subscription.
As Dash continues to learn and evolve, members can expect its capabilities and support experience to grow along with it.
Keep an eye out for Dash later this year and get ready to put your newest GAAR and SWMLS resource to the test.
