New Agent Detail report in Flexmls

There is a new Detail Report in Flexmls. This new version has an improved design and makes it easier to look up information on a listing. It is available to use for both PRIVATE and PUBLIC versions for your real estate business. Effective April 1, 2019, this report will be changed to the default report for all SWMLS Subscribers.

This article discusses the layout of the new Detail Report and also how to switch back to the old version by changing your MLS preferences.

Let’s breakdown the NEW report blocks using a test listing from the MLS.

The top section of the report now has the primary photo on the left side. Common fields like Bedrooms, Baths, Age, Price/SqFt can all be found in this top section. Notice that the Property Sub-Type is now in the very top bar next to the Property Type.

The middle section breaks down the listing data into three categories. No more hunting through the listing to find where the Features, Rooms, or Utilities are!

The bottom section of the report contains dedicated sections for Disclosures, County/Tax, and Showing information. The sections for Showing Info, Listing Office, and Sale Info are all considered PRIVATE view only and will not appear on the PUBLIC versions you send to your clients. This is great news because your clients will not have to struggle with looking at property information on the old reports anymore!

How to switch to the old reports. The old Detail reports are still available. You will just need to manually change the report to the old version each time you are doing a search,  or when emailing or printing the old version. In addition, you can also change your General Preferences in Flexmls and make the old Detail Report your default version. The old Detail reports will not be updated with new field changes after April 1, 2019.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are you changing the MLS reports?
The new Reports were made possible by the volunteer time and countless hours of SWMLS Policy Committee and authorized by the SWMLS Board of Directors. The changes make the reports more consistent for ALL property types and do a better job of grouping the listing details in easier to find sections.

Are you taking away the old ABQ Detail Report?
SWMLS is not removing the older ABQ Detail Report. You can always switch to view the older version in Flexmls. But we promise you will like the new version!  The old Detail reports will not be updated with new field changes after April 1, 2019.

Why did you change the name of the report again? Wasn't it named KO Testing?
KO Testing was just a name used in development while the report was being created. After April 1, 2019, it was renamed "ABQ Full Report". The older "ABQ Full Report" will be renamed to "ABQ Old Report".
