NMAR began imposing transfer fees and new office set-up fees beginning on January 1st of this year. When you transfer or open a new office, be sure to use the updated GAAR forms that include NMAR's new fees:

• Member Change Form:  Includes new NMAR Transfer Fee of $25 due at time member transfers offices (not prorated)
• New Office Membership Application:  Includes new NMAR Fee at the time a member opens a new office (not prorated)
