New Stewart Title of Albuquerque leader sees stronger residential, commercial markets

Jennifer Greenwood, Stewart Title of Albuquerque's new division president, is an optimist. Ask her about coming regulations to the mortgage industry or challenges in the local economy and she responds positively.

Greenwood took over Stewart Title's local offices with 65 employees in June fromGlenn F. Schwerin, who ran the business for 25 years and recently retired.

Greenwood said Schwerin was well respected in the real estate community and built "a wonderful company with a great foundation." Now, Greenwood wants to increase the company's success, all while running a business in a struggling housing market coupled with new federal regulations. Click here to read more.
