In October 2013, GAAR took a big step forward when it went live with its new MLS system Flexmls. To commemorate this milestone, GAAR is holding Octoberflex - a month-long celebration highlighting the best of what Flexmls has to offer with specialized training, luncheons, forums and more.

This class offers training on generating searches and creating comparative market analysis (CMA) reports in Flexmls. Learn tips on how to use Quick Search and Map Search to identify your comps, generate seller market analysis, and create buyer and one-line CMAs.
