"Pathways to Professionalism" is an initiative originally created by the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS® and later adopted by NAR.
The program was developed to help ensure GAAR members, and REALTORS® nationwide, adopted high standards of professional conduct to serve the interests of their clients and customers.
Based on feedback, NAR created these resources for members on how to conduct themselves professionally and show respect for property, the public and peers.

NAR created a brief, 10-minute video entitled “A Pathway to Professional Conduct: Respect Starts Here” to ensure that all members are versed on how to conduct themselves professionally in all parts of the business.
